Issues:

Customers Deactivating Themselves:
This probably means the email address is on a contact more than once, and one contact is set to Web Enabled = N.
You can find this using a query we have called MITI_CustByEmailLookup in the MITI_Queries query group. Put the email address in there and you will see all BPs they are present in, and their web enabled status.

Email Errors:

ERROR 1

Please note:
Email is wrong

ERROR 2

Azure Issue: Port 25
We can't use port 25 for the email account setup in FocusPoint. We must use a secure port since we're hosted on Azure. Azure actively blocks connections to and from that port to stop their platform being used for spam relays.

Here is a link to Azure troubleshooting:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-network/troubleshoot-outbound-smtp-connectivity.

The originating IP will be 13.66.166.204

Please note:
You will need to enable secure connectors on their Exchange and open port 587 to allow ssl/tls traffic.
