Shipping- no calculation on site/they used he fixed matrix - always free though

Two options for shipping methods: 
1.This order qualifies for free shipping
2.Charges Calculated at time of shipment

To add new, click Add record in the bottom left
Select the CustomerRole/Customer Group
Select the Shipping method
Order subtotal from X
Order subtotal to X

You need to do 2 entries for each role (1 for each shipping method)

Highlights on Site

•   *   Shop By Manufacturers (Brand)
  

  • Parent Child - when you search all skus of child products will lead you to the child - highlighted in yellow

    • Default warehouse by BP. If no stock - pulls from other

  • Pre-Authorization on Authorize.net Credit cards - add 15% (setting in the payment config panel)

PAYMENT GATEWAY:
Authorize.net We add a fee to pre-auth the card for 15% over the cart value but its hidden to the customer. 
Charles made a modification to the payment plugin - need to make sure the one with timestamp in Feb is loaded
Their is a new field called Additional Pre-Authorized Fee Percentage

This will pre-Auth the card but not announce it to the customer. You need to remove the Additional fee of $40 and add a % in this new field.

INVOICES: (we couldn't pull the invoices into the customer portal)
They are using an add on to create the invoices which do not add the attachments to the created invoices

Discounts -
We suppress the period and volumn discounts from site (they use discounts on FP)

MSRP TOGGLE:
When you toggle the MSRP - it was pulling the MSRP Price - the customer role discount (ex: CAN-GOLD had a 12% discount) To Fix this: in the discounts we added a requirement, so the discounts only work if the customer is in the role of CAN-GOLD AND Customer must not be in the role of CAN-MSRP.
