Internal reference. Full task breakdown, owners, timing, and PM notes for all 10 phases.

How to use this guide: Each section covers one phase of the 12-week implementation. Expand a section to see every task, who owns it, when it should happen, and any PM notes. Add-on sections (Advanced Journey, Custom Dev, Mobile, SFTP) are flagged inside the relevant phases and only apply to customers with those features.

Phase 1 — Blueprint and configuration (2.5h FocusPoint)

Week 1-2. Milestone: Signed Blueprint. Dependency chain: Signed Proposal → Blueprint Session → Blueprint signed.

Phase 2 — Integration (1.5h FocusPoint)

Week 2. Milestone: Integration Complete. Site must be created before provisioning doc and integration requests go out. If IP whitelisting is delayed past Week 2, flag immediately. Training cannot be scheduled until integration is validated.
